What should I use to build my website? WordPress, OpenCart, start from scratch???

The answer is… It depends

“What should I use for my website – WordPress, OpenCart, or start from scratch?” — this is one of the most common questions I get. And the truth is, there’s no universal answer. It depends on the business itself, where it is right now, and what goals it has.

If you’re just starting out, it often makes sense to go with a lighter platform that doesn’t require many resources. But if you already have regular orders, need more control, automations, and solid reporting – then the solution could be completely different. That’s why I take an individual approach – the goal isn’t just to choose a “system,” but the right tool for your exact needs.

Skills and Education

I am completely self-taught when it comes to my knowledge and skills. Some of the resources I have been using to learn for almost 3 years now are Udemy, YouTube, books, mentorships, and countless hours of coding and reading documentation.

I noticed the downsides of universities when it comes to IT majors – outdated working systems, old curriculums, and a huge lack of individual attention.

I decided to take another path and, as they say, learned to program "by hand" – through hours of practice, trial and error, reading, watching, asking questions, mentorships from experienced people, and lots of coffee. Lots. Of. Coffee. I have been lucky to find great mentors along the way who helped me understand not only how things work but why they work that way.

I do my work with great enthusiasm and curiosity, paying as much attention as possible to the little details when it comes to design and functionality.

The IT Field

What Should You Know When Working with Programmers?

The truth is that in our field, it often happens that clients are misled – whether with overly complex explanations, unnecessary "functionalities," unrealistic deadlines, or simply prices that do not match the actual work. Many people feel lost because they don’t understand the technical terms – and this is often used as an advantage by some programmers.

This was one of the main reasons I started working as a freelancer. I wanted to offer the opposite – a clear, human, and honest approach. I work the way I would want someone to work with me if I were the client: with transparency, understandable explanations, and focus on the real needs of the business, not on what else can be "charged."

My goal is not just to build a website – but to create trust, to explain what I do and why I do it, and most importantly – to show that working with a programmer can be a light, understandable, and enjoyable experience.

That’s exactly why my support is completely FREE! When you receive your website, it MUST work as expected. All technical issues are resolved completely free of charge and on time.

As follows – additional work outside the initial agreement is charged at pre-agreed rates.
